Buy Vanilla Beans in Bulk — Pricing Published, Not Hidden
Every other vanilla bean supplier makes you fill out a form to find out what a kilo costs. We think that’s backwards. Below are our pricing tiers, MOQs, specs, and lead times — the numbers you actually need to plan a purchase. If your volume falls between tiers or you’re contracting for recurring supply, text us at +1 786-896-8446 and we’ll price it.
All beans are Vanilla planifolia, sourced, cured, and graded by our own operation in Uganda, stocked at our Florida warehouse, and shipped nationwide — overnight available. We’re a direct vanilla importer, not a reseller: the beans in the box were graded by our own team before they were exported.

Small Commercial Quantities — 1 lb and 1 kg
Most of our customers aren’t buying 500 kg. A gelateria running 2 kg a month, a bakery testing a new formula, a small-batch extract producer scaling from hobby to shelf — all of them get real trade pricing here, not retail spice-shop pricing.
| Pack size | Grade A gourmet | Grade B extract |
|---|---|---|
| 1 lb (≈454 g) | $82 ($181/kg) | $44 ($97/kg) |
| 1 kg | $165 | $88 |
| 2 kg | [CONFIRMAR] | [CONFIRMAR] |
Vanilla sticks (Grade A, cut sections) run $56 per lb and $115 per kg.
- Always in stock in Florida — 1 lb and 1 kg packs ship the same or next business day
- Vacuum-sealed in food-grade barrier packaging, ready to open and use
- Same beans, same lot, same COA as our 100 kg and 1-ton customers receive
- No account setup required to order at these sizes — reorder as you need
For market context, comparable US suppliers list around $99.94/lb Grade A and $79.95/lb Grade B. Ours are $82/lb and $44/lb at a single pound — published so you can compare directly, at the unit you actually buy. Full unit economics — cost per bean, cost per finished liter of extract, cost per gelato batch — are broken down on our vanilla bean prices page.
Bulk Vanilla Bean Pricing
Prices are per kilogram, FOB our Florida warehouse. Volume discounts apply automatically at each tier — no negotiation theater.

| 1 kg | $165/kg |
| 5 kg | [CONFIRMAR] |

Grade B — Extract Grade (Splits)
| Volume | Price per kg |
|---|---|
| 1 lb | $97/kg ($44 the pound) |
| 1 kg | $88/kg |
| 5 kg | $75/kg ($375) |

Splits and cut formats for infusion are priced separately — see splits and cuts.
Why we publish pricing: we control the supply chain from farm to warehouse, so our costs are stable enough to stand behind in public. Suppliers who trade on spot markets can’t do that.
MOQ and Lead Times
- Minimum order: 1 lb. Small commercial buyers are welcome — you get the same beans manufacturers get, at the published tier price.
- In-stock orders: ship from Florida within 1–2 business days. Overnight shipping available nationwide.
- Large volume (500kg+ / 1-ton lots): typically fulfilled from US stock; when an order requires fresh import from our Uganda facility, lead time is [CONFIRMAR] weeks. Uganda’s two annual harvests mean we can commit to recurring delivery schedules that single-harvest origins can’t.
- Recurring supply contracts: available for manufacturers, ice cream and bakery groups, and extract producers who need locked pricing and guaranteed allocation.
Product Specifications
Spec sheets and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) are available for every lot. Typical specs:
| Spec | Grade A Gourmet | Grade B Extract |
|---|---|---|
| Moisture content | 32% | 28% |
| Vanillin content | 2.5% | 2.5% |
| Bean length | 5–6 in (13–15 cm) | 5–6 in (13–15 cm) before splitting; splits / under-length |
| Beans per lb | 125–150 (approx. 275–330 per kg) | 125–150 (approx. 275–330 per kg) |
| Organic certification | Available on request | Available on request |
| Appearance | Whole, oily, pliable, unblemished | Split, scarred or short — cosmetic only |
| Packaging | 1 lb / 1 kg packs; 10kg / 25kg boxes | 1 lb / 1 kg packs; 20kg boxes, 1-ton lots |
| Documentation | COA, phytosanitary cert, origin traceability | COA, phytosanitary cert, origin traceability |
Note for extract producers: both grades sit above the FDA’s 25%-moisture reference, so the 13.35 oz/gal single-fold figure in 21 CFR 169.175 has to be scaled up. Grade B at 28% needs ~13.9 oz per gallon; Grade A at 32% needs ~14.7 oz. We state moisture on every COA precisely so you can run that math before you buy.
Because grading happens at our own facility in Uganda, the spec on the sheet is the spec in the box — not a trader’s best guess. Read about our grading and QC process at origin.

Bulk Vanilla Beans — FAQ
What is the wholesale price of vanilla beans?
Our Grade B extract-grade beans are $40/kg at 500kg+ volumes, stepping up to $60/kg at the 20 kg box, $75/kg at 5 kg, $88/kg at 1 kg and $97/kg at a single pound. Grade A gourmet runs $120/kg in the 10 kg box and $165/kg at one kilo. Every tier is published in the tables above and broken down further on our prices page. Unlike most suppliers, we publish every tier — you don’t need to email us to learn what a kilo costs.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
1 lb. Tier pricing starts there and steps down at 1 kg, 5 kg, the 10/20/25 kg boxes, 100 kg, and 500 kg. There’s no gate-keeping — a gelateria buying 2 kg a month gets the same beans as a manufacturer buying a ton.
Can I buy vanilla beans in bulk without a business account?
Yes. Orders up to 25 kg need nothing but a shipping address. Larger volumes and contract pricing go through the quote form so we can confirm allocation and lead time.
How fast can you ship bulk vanilla beans in the US?
In-stock orders ship from our Florida distribution warehouse within 1–2 business days, with overnight delivery available nationwide. You’re buying US stock, not waiting on an import.
What’s the difference between Grade A and Grade B vanilla beans?
Both come off the same vines at the same 2.5% vanillin; the grade is a cosmetic and moisture judgement, not a flavor one. Grade A (gourmet) beans are whole, oily and pliable at 32% moisture — ideal where the pod is seen, scraped or sold intact. Grade B (extract grade) beans are splits at 28% moisture: about 6% more dry solids per kilo, a modest edge, and roughly half the price, which is the real reason extract producers, brewers and flavor manufacturers buy them. Full comparison: Grade A vs. Grade B.
Are you a vanilla importer or a distributor?
Both, and that’s the point. Our Uganda operation cures, grades, and exports the beans; our Florida warehouse imports, stocks, and distributes them. One company, both ends of the chain, no broker in between.
Why Ugandan vanilla instead of Madagascar?
Uganda harvests vanilla twice a year — December–February and June–August — so supply and pricing stay stable while Madagascar’s single harvest drives the volatility the industry is famous for. Ugandan beans also carry a bold, chocolatey, high-vanillin profile that performs exceptionally in extracts and baking. Detailed comparison: Uganda vs. Madagascar vanilla.
Do you provide a COA and spec sheets?
Yes. Every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis covering moisture and vanillin content, plus phytosanitary documentation and origin traceability back through our own Uganda operation.
Can you supply recurring volume under contract?
Yes. Because we control production at origin and Uganda gives us two harvests per year, we take on recurring supply contracts with locked pricing and guaranteed allocation — including 1-ton lots for extract producers and manufacturers.
